Reincarnation , being associated with karma, has been thought of as a cycle of physical births and deaths, however if one observes nature, it can be understood as the expansion of consciousness maturing through the phases of one lifetime
Take for example the ocean, symbolizing eternity and from the heat of our star Sun, the surface consciousness evaporates, rising up into the sky forming a gaseous cloud consciousness and then the cold air causes the gaseous cloud consciousness to perspire and form raindrop consciousness that returns and dissolves back to the ocean of eternity
It can be seen that the ocean experienced many variations in the cycle
Likewise as the spirit experiencing consciousness in the various stages of physical maturity, from reproductive cell, to embryo, then infancy, childhood, adolescence, teenager, adulthood and elderly, the body cells are replaced every seven years and how we consciously respond to the transformations is how we perceive ourselves and what we radiate, becomes our karma
So as each and everyone of us is separated in infancy uniquely responds to the infantile founded fear of failure event, that becomes our karma as the Universe reflects what we radiate back to us for us to gauge where we are in our spiritual journey of awakening into Self realization
When we spiritually mature, we master the Mind and are then capable of consciously creating our state of being, which is why it is essential that father nurtures the children through conceptual cognitive logic when we begin asking questions
Although we are incapable of altering our past
We are empowered with creating our future
By how we live today
Emotions are an alert system
Emotions are experienced in the solar plexus
The feminine associates emotions with the heart
The masculine associate emotions with the gut
The heart is a pump and the gut is digestion, both are connected to the Vagus nerve, the body's information "highway" to the brain
For contrast, the Adrenal glands produce Adrenaline, a powerful chemical providing strength, for the "fight or flight" response to the emotions
When we are separated prematurely in infancy, before we are aware of conceptual cognitive logic without any visualization for memory, intuitively we sense that we are "not good enough" as the reason
That "not good enough" experience is hurt, which is felt as an electrical current and that hurt in turn becomes fear or more specifically fear of failure
From this point onwards, fear of failure that has suppressed our innate, inherent joy - the sense of well being, is the reference point through which we evaluate every interaction and is the reflection in the mirror of the Universe that guides us through our journey of Self realization
Peace can be understood when perceived in contrast with emotions
Peace = Silence = Joy
Emotion = Vibration = Confusion
Peace = Wholeness
Emotion = Division

As the transmitter / receiver brain evolved to the point where consciousness is aware of consciousness, self-centered consciousness became the state of consciousness that we are presently experiencing
The era of division is the "bridge" that connects the era of innocence to the era of enlightenment
We have now entered the era of enlightenment, which is occurring as the adversity of division causes confrontation, which results in the demise of the infantile founded fear of failure ego personality
